This Privacy Policy is only applicable to RIFO App's services, which include information services provided through the Website, other websites owned and/or controlled by RIFO, including but not limited to Agent website (https://{agentIdentifier}.rifo.co), Client website (https://client.rifo.co), Vendor website (https://vendor.rifo.co), Moose website (https://moose.rifo.co), Presales website (https://rifopresales.com/), Information website (https://info.rifo.co), and mobile application which includes three platforms specifically designed for users (the "User App"), real estate agents (the "Agent App"), and third-party vendors (the "Vendor App") (collectively, the "Services"). By using RIFO App's Services, you expressly consent to RIFO App’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and subject to RIFO App’s General Terms of Use.
"Personal Information" is information that relates to an individual and identifies or can be used to identify, locate, or contact that individual. In general, Personal Information does not include certain publicly available information or business contact information, such as your name, title or position, business address, business telephone or fax number.

RIFO App uses "Cookies" to enhance your experience. Cookies are small computer files placed on your computer or device by a website to help distinguish you from other users and for record-keeping purposes. Cookies help RIFO App accurately understand how many users are visiting the RIFO App, how often users visit the RIFO App, what content users are most interested in, and how they prefer to interact with content on the RIFO App. For example, Cookies will allow RIFO App to remember certain things like a user's IP address, login information, the time and duration of visits, how the user navigated through RIFO App’s content and where the user exited the RIFO App. To save the user the time of re-entering login information every time they come back to the App, RIFO App may link information contained in a Cookie to the user's email address. In addition, Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. The form of consent sought by RIFO App may vary, depending upon the circumstances and type of Personal Information disclosed. If you sell or buy services via the Services, others using the RIFO App, which may include real estate licensees and third-party vendors, may receive your Personal Information for Services provision purposes.
Your Personal Information may be transferred to third-party suppliers, contractors, or agents who are contracted by RIFO App to assist in providing and developing products and/or the Services (the "RIFO Affiliates"). RIFO Affiliates will only use your Personal Information for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.

In the event your Personal Information is disclosed to RIFO Affiliates, pursuant to a business transaction, RIFO App will enter into an agreement with that RIFO Affiliate whereby the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information is limited to those purposes that relate to the subject business transaction.
Subject to the foregoing, only RIFO App employees, and RIFO Affiliates with a business need to know, or whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to your Personal Information. All such employees will be required as a condition of employment to contractually respect the confidentiality of your Personal Information.
RIFO App will retain Personal Information for only as long as required by law, or until you request to delete it, which in some cases may result in RIFO App nonetheless retaining some of your Personal Information, despite RIFO App's best commercial efforts to delete it.

RIFO App may store and process your Personal Information on servers in Canada and/or the United States of America and your consent is obtained for the disclosure and storage of, and access to, your Personal Information from inside Canada and/or the United States when you use the Website and/or register with the RIFO App.
RIFO App’s Services are not intentionally directed to children under the age of 19 years. RIFO App will not knowingly collect Personal Information about any child under the age of 19. RIFO App does not allow minors (persons who are under the age of majority in their place of residence) to utilize the Services including, making purchases through the Website and/or RIFO App.
Upon request, RIFO App will provide you with information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. RIFO App will respond to a request for individual access to Personal Information within a reasonable time and at minimal or no cost to you. The Privacy Officer will make reasonable efforts to resolve all such complaints within 30 days of receipt of the initial complaint.
